The Human Resources action plan goes hand in hand with the Group’s strategy and aims to give every Group employee the opportunity to display their professional skills. But the Group’s HR vision goes way beyond that and puts the team at the heart of our corporate performance.

To help managers identify themselves as key corporate players, the Group and its human resources teams have developed training programmes, review and assessment processes and communications activities to promote these values on an everyday basis and, most importantly, the Campus Managers program .

The process is organised around a number of specialist tools - such as personal interviews, the Job Forum (employment forum organised on the RH intranet) and internal satisfaction surveys - that help to identify and develop individual talent and suggest the best possible career route for a dynamic career in France or internationally.
