Career management plans are particularly ambitious and managed using modern tools such as Personal Assessments, People Reviews and Job Forums (organised on the HR intranet). These tools help to identify and manage high flyers and highlight their best opportunities for a dynamic career in France or abroad.
The HR project also aims to develop innovative managerial practices by offering managers the resources to act as catalysts and special contributors to the corporate plan.
Finally employee satisfaction at all levels is assessed regularly using an internal satisfaction survey, Management & Performance Index.
